Domestic Shipping

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business days unless otherwise noted, ie during hartvest. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates and delivery are dependent upon your order size and location. These will be calculated in the checkout once a delivery address has been established.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and one once the order has been fulfilled. Shopify does not offer tracking however, certain classes of USPS and DHL do, we recommend selecting one of these services for your order. You will be presented with these options at check-out.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Peace & Plenty Farm  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping

At this time, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States.

Returns

Peace & Plenty Farm does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products ordered from our online store unless the items are defective. Any damage incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the mail carrier and a file must be claimed through their customer service department. If the quality of the item you receive is not what was expected, please email us as soon as possible with a photo and detailed description of the item and we will do our best to amend the situation and insure your satisfaction.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Peace & Plenty Farm  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once a package is out of our hands, it is the responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver it safely. If you did not receive your order or you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend choosing a parcel service that includes tracking.
