Returns
Peace & Plenty Farm does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products ordered from our online store unless the items are defective. Any damage incurred during shipping is the responsibility of the mail carrier and a file must be claimed through their customer service department. If the quality of the item you receive is not what was expected, please email us as soon as possible with a photo and detailed description of the item and we will do our best to amend the situation and ensure your satisfaction.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Peace & Plenty Farm is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Once a package is out of our hands, it is the responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver it safely. If you did not receive your order or you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend choosing a parcel service that includes tracking.
